Where does everything come from?

Trumando sources its products from various vendors located in the Louisville, KY area. We do not have a warehouse. Trumando is designed to give an online platform to real businesses.

 

How does payment work?

Trumando uses PayPal which can be used with your standard credit card or debit card. Once you submit your order, you will be directed to the PayPal site where you can either log-in to an existing account or complete your purchase as our guest.

 

How does shipping work?

Trumando does not warehouse items. Purchased items are shipped directly from each vendor. A vendor has a window of 5 business days to ship your order. Shipping times could vary from item to item. Expedited shipping may be chosen at check-out. Once an item is shipped you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

 

How do returns work?

The following is the Trumando standard return policy. In the event of an unsatisfactory purchase you must notify returns to info@trumando.com.  The return must be initiated within four (4) days of purchase. By default items may be returned for any reason. The you are responsible for all return shipping costs and fees.  Returned items must be received by seller within ten (10) days of original purchase date. In the event of a verified, eligible return, you will be refunded once the item is received by the seller.

 

Vendors on Trumando may have their own return policies that differ from our standard policy.  Having a return policy is not compulsory, however any changes to the standard policy or a “no returns” policy will be clearly stated on the vendors page and referenced on each item.

 

Does Trumando guarantee authenticity of vendor items?

Trumando does not condone false, illegal or deliberate misrepresentation of items. It is the vendors responsibility to provide the due diligence of representing their item correctly. In the event you believe an item is a replica, counterfeit or illegal please contact info@trumando.com within the 4 day standard return grace period. A Trumando representative will contact you and initiate the return. Trumando will temporarily suspend the vendor account while investigating. If found that a vendor willfully misrepresented an item their account will be permanently closed. Trust between our vendors and buyers is a pillar of Trumando.
